In every traditional jewelry project, silver is wasted. I have two options:

1. send it to the lab where all metals will be pulverized together and then separated using highly toxic chemical procedures and
2. recover these pieces of silver and partially melt them to create other jewelry.  This is the option that I have chose to create my recycled jewelry.
